If you sell on eBay through InkFrog, you can export everything as a CSV file and import it into Folder Lister. Same data, no re-entering, no rebuilding. This page explains what the CSV contains and how Folder Lister turns it into eBay listings.

What is in an InkFrog CSV?

The CSV is the file InkFrog gives you when you export your listings. Each row is one listing. The columns hold the data eBay needs to recreate that listing somewhere else.

You don’t need to read or edit the CSV yourself. Folder Lister reads it for you. The fields it picks up include:

How Folder Lister uses the CSV

When you open the CSV in Folder Lister, every row becomes a draft listing in the bucket. Folder Lister maps each CSV column to the right eBay field, so titles stay titles, prices stay prices, and item specifics line up with the eBay aspect schema for the category.

External image URLs are kept as-is — if your photos are hosted somewhere already, that setup keeps working. Variation groups (Parent SKU + Variation Group) are detected automatically and load as one multi-variation listing.

From there you can review each item in the web editor, bulk-edit prices or descriptions if you want, and publish straight to eBay through the eBay API.

Step-by-step

Export your CSV from InkFrog. Log in to InkFrog and use the export option to save your listings as a CSV file. Do this before May 31, 2026 — after that the export is gone.
Install Folder Lister. Download the desktop app from folderlister.com/download and sign in with your eBay account.
Open Manage Listings. Click Import draft / CSV and pick your InkFrog CSV file. The items appear in the bucket with their data attached.
Review or bulk-edit. Use the web editor to adjust prices, descriptions or item specifics in batch — or leave everything as it was on InkFrog.
Publish to eBay. Hit Publish ALL. Folder Lister sends each draft to eBay through the eBay API.

What does not migrate

InkFrog HTML templates and any InkFrog-hosted gallery images that depend on InkFrog staying online. Save those separately if you need them.
