14 August 2026 — trading card conditions
- eBay asks for a separate condition detail on trading card categories: Card Condition for ungraded cards, Professional Grader and Grade for graded ones. There was no field for it in the web editor, so publishing failed with "Card Condition (40001) is a required field" and nowhere to fix it.
- The editor now shows a column for every detail eBay requires, matched to the condition you picked, with the options coming straight from eBay for that exact category.
- Graded cards work now too. That was not possible before.
- Why we ask eBay every time instead of keeping a list: the same option has a different code depending on the category, and sometimes even per marketplace. A fixed list in the app could never be right for everyone.
14 August 2026 — variation categories and account switching
- eBay retired the call we used to check whether a category allows listings with variations, so that check had stopped working and told you to try again later, which never helped. It now runs on eBay's current service and blocks the category up front again instead of letting the listing fail at publish.
- Signing out of an eBay account did not actually release the session on our side, which is why switching accounts appeared to lag behind.
13 August 2026 — shipping services outside the US
- The shipping list in Quick Post Setup showed services for the wrong country, so sellers outside the US never saw their own carriers and eBay rejected the listing with error 21916503.
- The list now comes from the site you are listing on and holds domestic services only, which is what eBay expects in that field.
What's new: 3.0.32.0
Two things that only showed up once you use more than one eBay account.
Your listings, not the other account's
- Listings are cached locally so you do not re-sync on every visit. That cache was filed per site and date range, but not per account, so after switching accounts you could be looking at the listings of the previous one.
- The account is part of it now. You will re-sync once after updating, then each account keeps its own.
Saved drafts keep their description
- A saved draft pointed at the profile holding your description instead of carrying the text along. Profiles belong to the account you set them up on, so opening that draft under a different account left you without a description.
- The description template now travels with the draft. Placeholders such as the title and your images are still filled in when you publish, so the new listing gets its own pictures rather than the old ones.
- This is what makes moving an item to another account work end to end: build a draft, save it, sign in to the other account, import and publish.

Switching between eBay accounts, and photos on variation listings.
Switching accounts updates straight away
- After signing in to a different eBay account, the app kept showing the previous one and only caught up the next time you switched. It was reading who you are before the sign-in had finished, so it was always one attempt behind.
- It now waits until the account has really changed. Picking the same account again no longer leaves you waiting either.
- The message you get when a switch is not allowed yet now explains what switching is for, and how long is left.
Variation listings keep their own photos
- For most listings eBay copies your pictures onto its own servers. For multi-variation listings it does not, which meant a new listing could still be pointing at the pictures of the listing you took them from.
- End or remove that original and the new listing could lose its images. Photos on variation listings are now uploaded under your own account, so they stay put.
- This also makes moving an item to a second eBay account safe: build a draft, save it, sign in to the other account, import the draft and publish.
What's new: 3.0.30.0
Groundwork for better AI suggestions.
- Folder Lister now records which AI suggestions you keep and which ones you change, together with the values you end up publishing. That comparison is the only reliable way to find out where the suggestions are off, and to make them better.
- What gets recorded: the suggestion itself, the category and site, and the values on the published listing. Your photo files are not stored, and neither is the free text you type into the instruction box.
- Nothing else changed in this version. If you are on 3.0.29 and everything works, there is no hurry.

Correct shipping services outside the US, and photos from eBay are no longer published twice.
Shipping services now match your country
- In Quick Post Setup the shipping list showed services for the wrong country. Sellers outside the US got the American carriers plus international services, so a UK seller never saw Royal Mail.
- Publishing then failed with eBay error 21916503, "is not a valid domestic Shipping Service", whichever option you picked.
- The list now comes from the site you are listing on and holds domestic services only, which is what eBay expects in that field. "Other" stays at the top as the safe choice.
No more double photos on relisted items
- Items brought in with "From eBay" published every photo twice, under two different URLs. A two-photo item went live with four pictures.
- The app was uploading its own local copy of a photo that eBay already hosts, and then adding the original as well.
- Photos that already live on eBay are reused now. Photos you added yourself still upload as before.
- That also ends the double count against your monthly image quota on those items. One photo counts once.

Bulk-edit Title and SKU in the web editor, and a fix for missing images in MultiListing drafts.
MultiListing: no more missing image
- Some drafts published with only 1 of 2 images per item — an occasional download hiccup (eBay CDN timeout/rate-limit) was silently dropping the second image with no warning.
- Downloads now retry automatically before giving up, and the pre-publish check re-fetches anything still missing instead of assuming a non-empty image list is complete.
- If an image still can't be fetched after retrying, you now get a visible warning naming the item — instead of finding out after the listing is live.
Bulk-edit Title and SKU
- New bulk options in the web editor: "Title — Find & Replace" (strip a shared prefix off every row's title at once) and "SKU — Template" (a
{n}placeholder fills in a sequential number, e.g.SHELF 1-BOX 3 {n}) — no more stale SKUs copied from an ended eBay listing. - SKU is now a visible, editable column in the main grid — it could be bulk-edited before but there was nowhere to actually see the values.
- Find & replace is case-insensitive and treats special characters in your search text literally.
Variations get their own bulk editor
- The Variations window has its own bulk editor now, kept separate from the main grid: a SKU template and a find & replace for variation attribute values, with row selection and a select-all toggle.
- If a bulk replace would leave two variations with the identical name, the app now appends " B", " C", etc. automatically instead of letting eBay reject the listing as a duplicate.
- Category-support check errors are now in plain language instead of a raw HTTP status dump.

Cleaner revises, fewer false errors, drag-and-drop variations.
Bulk revise — no more silent rewrites
- The existing description is left untouched on revise unless you actually edit it. Stops eBay's content filter from rejecting older listings with error 240 ("improper words").
- Condition stays as eBay has it. Earlier the app could push a default "1000-New" into a category that only accepts other conditions (e.g. Baseball Cards needs 4000-Ungraded) — that's gone.
- 21920200 ("Return Policy returnDescription not valid") no longer pollutes error popups on UK/NL revises.
Variations: drag-and-drop + correct image count
- The Variations dialog has a drag-handle column. Sleep variations in the order you want — that's the order eBay receives them.
- #Img column now shows the actual number of unique images. Imported variations used to show 4 for 2 photos.
Faster start, clearer errors
- Manage Listings opens instantly. The 30+ second wait some users saw is gone.
- Listing-settings profile is no longer required to start a draft. Wizard skips automatically when there's enough setup.
- Hit your monthly image upload limit? The app now says "400 / 400 this month, resets on 1 June" instead of a raw HTTP error.
- License-key dialog handles typos with an email-verify prompt instead of locking you out with a generic 401.

Post without eBay business policies
- No business policies on your eBay account? The web editor now shows a "Quick post setup" panel with the fields eBay needs inline: shipping service, cost, handling time, returns, location, postcode.
- Filled once, remembered per site. You can publish immediately without leaving the app to set up policies.
- Shipping services load directly from eBay, filtered for your country and the destination site — so a NL seller on US sees the cross-border options, not domestic-only ones.
Less setup before your first listing
- Listing-settings profile no longer required to start. Pick a profile for category & title rules, finish the rest in the web editor.
- Auction vs Fixed Price, listing duration, BIN price and scheduled-start are forced visible when no profile is assigned — no more hunting through the column picker.
Manage Listings opens instantly
- Fixed a latent 30-second wait on opening Single / Multi / Collections mode. Window now appears immediately; any background sync streams in after.
- First open on a new site no longer blocks on a full eBay fetch — click Refresh when you want it.

Faster listings & search

Variation listing revise — reworked

- Condition, return/shipping policies and description carried over from the live listing — no wizard asking again.
